Oregano roasted potatoes. Simply delicious! I got this recipe from a friend of the family who lost her battle to breast cancer. Every time I make this dish I think of her and how grateful I am that she introduced me to this simple recipe.
All you have to do is, slice the potatoes, butter up the bottom of the baking dish, place the potatoes in the baking dish, add salt, oregano, a bit of Black pepper and lots of butter. Put in the oven at 400 degrees for 55 minutes or until potatoes are soft, and you are done.
